First in eCommerce - Amazon delivers first drone package

Quite a lot thing happening inside Amazon, now its first time a company starts using drone to deliver packages to customers. Amazon was testing its service Amazon Prime air, drone based quick delivery from quite a long time, looks like now they are finally ready to deploy in market. 

And to let you know the first thing they delivered is Popcorn and the Amazon fire TV which was sent to Cambridge U.K. and it took just 13 minutes to reach from “customer click” to package delivery. . Yeah its quite exciting and very futuristic as it can save time without being stuck in traffic by delivery boy.

So How does Amazon Prime Air works 

 

  

Amazon Prime Air will deliver packages up to five pounds in 30 minutes or less using small drones also the service is only valid for daylight delivery. According to Amazon FAQ, the service will be get deployed when and where we have the regulatory support needed to safely realize our vision. We’re excited about this technology and one day using it to deliver packages to customers around the world in 30 minutes or less. 

Amazon Prime Air will be available worldwide -

sooner or later but currently its in testime phase. According to Amazon.com- We are working with regulators and policymakers in various countries in order to make Prime Air a reality for our customers around the world, and expect to continue to do so.
